CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & WEATHER

The first 20% is nonrefundable. Cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled start time to receive a refund of payments beyond the initial 20%. Requests within 7 days are nonrefundable, but may be moved to another available date.

Heavy rain or thunderstorms are handled separately from guest cancellations. We may move your experience to another time that day or to another available date.
